We understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations, retention charges, refunds, and the process for requesting changes or cancellations.
1. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation terms apply to bookings made through Hotels Groups:
- Within 21 Days of Arrival: No cancellation is allowed and 100% retention will be charged for the booked stay.
- Between 21 to 45 Days of Arrival: 50% retention will be charged and the remaining 50% may be eligible for cancellation.
- Before 45 Days of Arrival: No retention will be charged and 100% cancellation is allowed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to the cancellation slab above.
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be processed only after applicable retention charges are deducted.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Service charges, gateway charges, taxes, or specific hotel-related non-refundable fees may not be refundable.
- Exceptional Situations: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, operational restrictions, pandemics, or force majeure events, policies may be revised based on hotel or supplier terms.
